Smylie One does it again!! Always top notch customer service. We moved in our home about 2 years ago and spoke with Joey about a ductless mini split for an addition to our home and our attic. Cody was out quickly and installed everything perfectly (down to even covering up the lines on the outside of the house). Fast forward 2 years later, our dated furnace died on one of the coldest days we’ve had. Steve was out the next day who was able to do a quick band aid fix, but also walked us through both options of the parts and cost to fix, vs just replacing. We decided to replace it and Clay came a few days after we made the decision to just go with the new one. Everything not only looks great, works great, but pain free install too. Could not recommend this company enough! Quick to answer the phone and get your problem solved, always!

Smylie One installed a furnace and heat pump at our home in Shaker Heights. The price was very competitive. The work was completed on schedule with no added costs. The team worked in near-0 temps to install the heat pump. I highly recommend Smylie One.

Really impressed with the service I received. Tommy went above and beyond to not only do maintenance on our heating system but worked to figure out a longstanding issue and upgrade our thermostat, something we’ve wanted for a long time and thought we couldn’t do due to age of our home. New thermostat is working great and I am so grateful he took the time to troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed! Will definitely be using SmylieOne for years to come.

We had Joe from the plumbing department come over to fix our water line to the fridge. He was prompt, communicative, and did a wonderful job fixing the issue. Two toilets had a major problem at once - go figure! CJ came out and we discussed the pros and cons of fixing toilets which were 40 years old. I decided that getting new toilets was the best option for me. Two days later, they were installed within a few hours. CJ and Anthony cleaned up as if nothing was ever done. The whole process was efficient. I am totally pleased with the process and the outcome.

Last week we awoke to an absence of hot water, and water on the floor next to our gas water heater. We called Smylie One, and Stephanie rapidly arranged a same-day visit, keeping me informed about arrival time. Dwight arrived even a little early, quickly diagnosed the failed water heater and the need for replacement. (The old one was more than 10 years old). He gave me a quote within minutes, then began draining the tank and preparing for its removal. Within an hour he returned with a new tank, a new pressure regulator, and a colleague, Anthony. They removed the old tank, installed and activated the new one. After testing all the functionality, we have a new water heater - total time from first phone call: 6 hours. First, Ron Valentino came out to evaluate my situation and then gave me a price. Having had many recomendations from other people, I was comfortable with Smylie doing the work. Cody and Jacob were the two installers and they were great. They were polite, effecient and as I had questions, Cody didn't hesitate to answer them. When the work was completed, Cody explained the operation of the furnace and the new WiFi thermostat. Then, they cleaned up everything and you couldn't tell they were even here, except for the fact that we now have heat!!
